The hotel facilities were great, providing me with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the location was perfect as it was very close to the river, giving me a scenic view every time I looked out the window. the staff was fantastic, offering great hospitality and customer service.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated only a short walk from the river. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the in, house spa was a great option for relaxation.

The lack of 24, hour service was frustrating, and the Wi, Fi connection could use improvement.

The wifi connection was poor, which made it difficult to watch smart TVs in the rooms. a small bedside table would have been convenient.
